Feedback is continuously sought to ensure quality assurance. Fixed and floating suggestion boxes are in the home. We have a small reward monthly to our residents with the best suggestion.

Weekly community meetings ensure residents can have much input into the running of the service and again, feedback.

We have an annual review day in which residents and staff feed back about the service and we discuss issues and suggestions for improvements. We then devise an action plan at the end of the day and regulary review it.
