Regular access to physical activity through walking groups and outdoor exercise, nutritious meal planning, and health checks to keep everyone active and healthy.

Daily encouragement, emotional support, and relationship-based care from our experienced staff help each individual strengthen resilience and confidence.
Emotional Resilience
Personalised support plans ensure emotional needs are met. Support groups and one-on-one sessions foster trust, connection, and positive self-image.

Activities and Groups
Our residents enjoy a wide range of activities, all inspired by the interests and requests of the group, supporting community living supported housing through engagement and fun:

Annual Communal Holiday
Residents choose the destination together, recent adventures include Rhodes, Oxford, Budapest, and Barcelona.
Monthly Outings
From trips to museums and markets in South West London to outings in the wider local community, residents are supported to broaden their horizons and reduce social isolation for mental health.
Independent Holidays
We encourage and assist those working toward more independent travel, helping build confidence and autonomy at every step.
Relationship-Based Experiences
Each outing is an opportunity to bond, develop lifelong memories, and strengthen the sense of belonging in our inclusive community.

We strive to offer support for those who may need it, ensuring everyone can take part in these special experiences.
